How to make a HTML page without an Internet connection?

Open your NOTE PAD
Write down the HTML codes
Now save this by a name .htm or .html (e.g. webpage.htm or webpage.html) Using .htm extension is preferable as some users still use old version browser which can't read .html extension.
Now I am going to tell how can you make a web page with offline


Now double click on the file you saved with .htm or .html extension. You can now see your first web page on your Browser.
Ypu can do this when you are even offline.
